Striker is a force multiplier. Electric Aegis means every fight your team takes near her starts with a free shield, and Survivor Shield lets her switch between saving an ally and finishing an enemy without changing position.
Galvanize is the reason she is picked in coordinated play. Pulling four players into one point is the hardest engage to punish in the game.
Strategy
Stand where the shield covers the most bodies, not where you are safest. Electric Aegis is worth more than your own positioning comfort.
Use Harpoon Punch to reposition, not just to stun. The self-propulsion is what lets Striker arrive at a fight the rest of her team is losing.
